We are offering a rare opportunity to join our Community Fundraising team in a digital role that drives real-world impact. Based in Brisbane, with a flexible hybrid work model, this role will support the national fundraising programs that keep our beaches safer.
Job Description
As the Digital Platform Specialist, you will take the lead in managing and optimising our digital engagement and fundraising platforms. Working across philanthropy and lotteries, you will enhance supporter experiences and drive revenue growth through smarter digital performance.
You will use your expertise to ensure our platforms are seamless, secure, and supporter-friendly—creating digital experiences that connect people to purpose.

You may currently work in a digital agency or manage digital or online engagement platforms within a business. Now, you’re looking to align your skills with a mission that matters.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance online engagement and maximise fundraising performance
Manage CMS platforms and digital fundraising tools (Stack9 desirable)
Optimise supporter journeys to improve acquisition and retention
Leverage data and analytics (including GA4) to guide digital strategy
Ensure compliance with online security and privacy regulations
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive digital innovation
Desired Skills and Experience
Selection Criteria: Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in fundraising, marketing or digital
3–5 years’ experience in a digital or fundraising-focused role
Demonstrated ability to use CMS systems and CX tools
Knowledge and Experience
CMS management and online fundraising platform expertise
Knowledge of online payment systems and security best practices
Familiarity with fundraising compliance and privacy requirements
Ability to interpret data and apply insights to digital strategy
Experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools
Demonstrated success in driving digital fundraising outcomes
Skills and Attributes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Experience in non-profit, community services or charity lottery sectors (desirable)
